In 2023, we began breeding a few of our cows AI to a purebred Wagyu bull with the intent of feeding the calves out for our own consumption and for sale as freezer beef to our family and local beef customers. We have 2 Wagyu/Angus yearling heifers that as they have developed we have been increasingly impressed by, and so are offering them for sale as seedstock as we think they should work well producing 1/4 Wagyu calves for our seedstock customers who develop and sell their calves as freezer beef to their own freezer beef customers. We also have two 1/2 Wagyu bull calves born this previous fall, 2025, who some of our customers may be interested in as bulls. If you are interested in them as a bull, you need to let us know prior to May as they will be weaned by then and likely be banded after weaning.
